Product Features:
1. It adopts variable frequency control, ensuring smooth startup and allowing adjustment of the separation factor.
2. The system is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with program settings. The entire process, including feeding, initial filtration, washing, fine filtration, discharging, and filter cloth regeneration (removal of residual filter cake), is automatically controlled. All processes can operate according to the pre-set program as per the customer's requirements.
3. The structural components of the entire machine are smoothly and evenly rounded, effectively eliminating any potential hygiene blind spots; the flip cover adopts a butterfly-shaped structure, with good rigidity and strength.
4. The feeding adopts an independent type of inclined disc feeding method. The feeding speed is adjustable. The feeding rotation speed is asynchronous with the drum rotation speed. Especially for crystalline substances with better dehydration performance and larger particle size, it can reduce or eliminate the vibration caused by uneven feeding.
5. The platform-type four-point suspension vibration reduction system employs high-viscosity liquid damping dampers and large inertia balancing plates, achieving outstanding vibration reduction performance.
6. The large flip-cover design makes it easier to perform machine maintenance and replace the filter cloth.
7. The structure is sealed, and the sealing components are made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber. This design can prevent toxic and highly corrosive materials from leaking and causing harm to people, ensuring a high level of safety.
8. Utilizing an integrated mechanical and electrical material detector, it offers excellent reliability.

Thermal protection device, scraper rotation (lifting and lowering) is controlled by both mechanical and electrical means.

12. With a reliable self-locking and convenient bag-fixing method, the filter bag replacement can be completed quickly.
