Main features:

The external components, fasteners, and drum are made of stainless steel, allowing for thorough cleaning of the centrifuge housing, drum, and liquid collection tank.
2. It uses a frequency converter for startup, with smooth operation and adjustable separation factor.
3. It has strong versatility, with less particle breakage and a wide range of applications.
4. The base is of a flat structure, with a low center of gravity, making operation convenient.
5. A small flip cover is configured on the exterior, with an inlet pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, and explosion-proof lighting lamp.
6. A liquid damping shock absorber is configured, providing good shock absorption effect and simplifying daily maintenance.
7. It uses silicone rubber or fluorine rubber, enabling a sealed structure, meeting explosion-proof requirements, and suitable for applications in toxic and flammable/explosive environments.
8. An online cleaning device can be selected, for online cleaning of the inner walls of the centrifuge housing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the collection tank, ensuring cleanliness requirements and compliance with GMP standards.
Standard configuration:
1. Equipped with a full flip cover shell, with a small flip cover installed on the shell, featuring an explosion-proof lighting lamp, feed pipe, washing pipe, and observation sight glass.
2. Equipped with a regular motor or explosion-proof motor.
3. Equipped with a variable frequency control system and a non-contact braking system.
4. Equipped with a liquid damping shock absorber.
