Product Introduction:
The IW type centrifugal discharge centrifuge is a filtration equipment that utilizes the centrifugal force field and the centrifugal force generated by the conical surface of the drum to achieve continuous feeding, separation, and automatic discharge. It is suitable for separating suspensions where the solid phase particles have a particle size greater than 0.01mm, the concentration is between 30% and 80%, and the material particles must not be damaged. It is applicable in industries such as chemical and light industry, for example, sugar, ammonium carbonate, mirabilite, salt, coal slime, plastic particles, metal particles, etc.

Working principle:
The motor drives the conical drum to rotate at full speed. The suspension liquid is continuously added through the feed pipe and evenly distributed on the inner wall of the small end filter screen of the drum. The liquid phase passes through the filter screen and the filter holes on the drum wall and is discharged from the drum. The solid phase is retained on the filter screen to form a filter residue. At the same time, under the action of the conical surface component force of the centrifugal force, the filter residue continuously slides towards the large end of the drum and is discharged from the drum. It is discharged from the lower part of the centrifuge base or the front housing.
Standard configuration:
1. Equipped with a regular motor or an explosion-proof motor;
2. Equipped with a variable frequency control system and a non-contact braking system.
Optional configurations:
1. On-site explosion-proof button;
2. Select the corresponding material according to the anti-corrosion requirements for separating materials: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, 321, etc. or titanium;
3. Customizable according to GMP requirements
