Product Introduction:

Working principle:
The suspension fluid enters the spiral cavity through the feed pipe and then passes through the small end of the spiral and reaches the spray outlet near the bottom of the conical end of the drum. It then enters the drum under the action of the centrifugal force field. The liquid phase in the slurry is separated out through the screen set on the drum wall, while the solid particles are retained in the drum. At the same time, the solid particles in the drum move from the small end to the large end under the action of centrifugal force and the difference in speed between the spiral and the drum. During this movement, due to the increase in the rotation diameter, the centrifugal force increases rapidly, and the solid particles change from a high moisture content when they enter initially to a low moisture content when they are discharged from the drum, thus achieving automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases.
