Product Introduction:
The LW type horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge is a centrifuge that separates suspensions through centrifugal sedimentation, using the blades of a spiral conveyor to remove the material. It can perform continuous feeding, separation, and discharging at full speed, and is suitable for solid-liquid separation, particle size classification, and liquid clarification of suspensions with solid phase particles ranging from 0.05 to 2mm and concentrations of 2 to 40%. It is particularly suitable for suspensions with difficult filter cloth regeneration, large changes in concentration and particle size. 


Main features:
1. The main components such as the drum and the screw can be made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or titanium alloy;
2. The screw conveyor can be coated with wear-resistant alloy or welded with hard alloy plates;
3. The rotational speed of the drum can be adjusted continuously;
4. The screw differential speed can be adjusted, either in steps or continuously;
5. A simple and reliable lubrication method is adopted;
6. Safety protection: speed detection, over-vibration protection, motor overload and overheating protection, zero differential speed protection of the screw;
7. A hydraulic differential device can be selected, which is particularly suitable for high-viscosity materials.

Working principle:
The suspension fluid enters the drum through the feed pipe. The solid particles are accelerated and settled onto the inner wall of the drum under the action of the centrifugal force field. The settled particles are pushed by the blades of the spiral conveyor and pass from the (straight section) settling zone through the (cone section) drying zone to the solid phase outlet for discharge. The clarified liquid phase flows out through the overflow hole. Thus, the automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases is achieved.
