Main features:
1. It has a siphon function and enhances the filtration driving force, especially suitable for handling materials with relatively high viscosity;
2. It is equipped with a backflush device. Through this backflush device, backflush liquid can be added to the siphon chamber. The backflush liquid flows through the filter medium and into the drum, allowing the filter medium to regain its filtering performance and be regenerated.
Working principle:
The GKH type horizontal siphon scraper discharge centrifuge is based on the ordinary horizontal centrifuge and utilizes the siphon principle to increase the filtration driving force. All the filtrate passing through the filter medium enters the filtrate chamber. The filtrate is discharged from the drum through the siphon pipe. During the filtration process, by adjusting the position of the suction inlet of the siphon pipe, the depth of the liquid level inside the chamber can be changed, thereby changing the filtration driving force, regulating the filtration speed, processing capacity, moisture content of the filter cake, and washing efficiency.
