Main features:
1. Wall-mounted installation form, which completely isolates the working area from the equipment base, transmission, and hydraulic devices, with an independent hydraulic system and lubrication system;
2. Optional nitrogen protection system, injecting nitrogen into the sealed centrifuge working area and controlling the nitrogen concentration by the control system to meet explosion-proof requirements;
3. Optional online cleaning system, setting multiple cleaning heads inside the centrifuge, such as the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, discharge hopper, observation mirror, and bottom of the drum, for rinsing to meet the cleanliness requirements of the process;
4. Optional high-pressure gas backflushing device, when the scraper discharges material, the control system controls the release of high-pressure gas between the inner side of the scraper and the outer side of the drum to achieve the effect of removing the filter cake layer and reducing residual filter cake.
